Owner - President of Title Services
Hailing from the heart of Chester County, Doug has been a cornerstone of Vanguard Settlements from its inception in February 2017. His role is comprehensive, shepherding the title process from the initial order to the final issuance of the policy post-closing.
With a background enriched by nearly ten years in retail banking and the mortgage sector, Doug brings a seasoned perspective to customer service excellence. He is committed to facilitating seamless transactions for all involved, understanding the critical nature of a customer-centered approach in our industry.
Doug holds a degree in Sport Management from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC, reflecting his dedication as a four-year varsity member of the men's lacrosse team. Beyond his professional commitments, Doug is a passionate contributor to the Boy Scouts, dedicating his time and energy to the organization alongside his two elder sons. His commitment to community and leadership is as evident in his personal life as it is in his professional endeavors at Vanguard Settlements.
Christine Juck
Title Processor and Closer
Christine brings over a decade of hands-on experience in title, escrow, and settlement services across Pennsylvania and beyond. A Pennsylvania Licensed Title Insurance Agent and RON Certified Notary Public, she has built her career managing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from title search and commitment review through closing and policy issuance.
Christine has held roles of increasing responsibility across respected regional title agencies, including Title Alliance, Atlantic Abstract, and Penn Charter Abstract. As a Lead Escrow Officer and Branch Operations Manager, she developed deep expertise in coordinating multi-party transactions, preparing settlement statements and closing disclosures, and ensuring compliance with state regulations across PA, FL, OH, HI, NJ, and DE.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to client relationships, Christine has consistently managed high-volume pipelines while maintaining accuracy and delivering a smooth closing experience for buyers, sellers, and lenders alike. She brings that same dedication to every file she touches at Vanguard Settlements.
Steven Seymour
Owner - Business Development and Sales
Steve Seymour is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with a multi-faceted career that spans over 15 years. Licensed as a Realtor in 2006, he quickly delved into the investment side of real estate, amassing a multi-million dollar rental portfolio that includes residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties.
Unfulfilled by the limitations of traditional real estate sales models, Steve founded VRA Realty in 2014. The full-service brokerage, now boasting upwards of 100+ agents, focuses on more than just sales—it empowers agents with the real estate investment knowledge that is often missing in traditional settings.
Alongside his role as the Broker of Record at VRA Realty, Steve also serves as the majority owner and CEO of Vanguard Settlement Services and Vanguard Lending. Driven by a mission to help others achieve financial freedom, Steve is committed to equipping both his clients and agents with the tools they need to build wealth in real estate and realize their personal and professional goals.
